Nova888 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Terms

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any service on the nova888 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide — you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside nova888's Privacy Policy and any game- or bet-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these general Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use the nova888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the nova888 platform. Holding more than one account, whether using the same or different details, is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing an active and valid Malaysian phone number for OTP verification purposes.

Nova888 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address.

• All bets are considered final once confirmed via your bet slip. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specified circumstances (such as an officially cancelled or postponed match).
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, nova888 will follow the standard rules of the BWF, FIFA, or the relevant sports governing body to determine the outcome of all bets.
• In-play bets (placed while the match is in progress) are final based on the match conditions at the time the bet is accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but are subject to change. Your bet is locked in at the odds shown when you confirm your bet slip.
• Nova888 reserves the right to decline, void, or restrict bets under exceptional circumstances, such as obvious odds errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by an independent third-party body.

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to access or operate the nova888 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the betting or bonus system (collusion).
• Placing bets on all possible outcomes of a single match using different accounts to guarantee a win (sure-betting / bonus arbitrage abuse).
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving rudely towards the nova888 customer support team.

Nova888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation of prohibited activities as outlined in Section 9.
• Failure to provide the required identity information during the KYC verification process.

If you wish to close your account for personal reasons or as a responsible gambling measure (voluntary break), you may do so by contacting the nova888 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be refunded once all conditions have been met.
